Australia Post Registered Post

Australia Post registered post provides a tracking facility to ensure parcels arrive to your destination, including an insurance cover for us, in case it gets lost through the mail delivery system. In those cases, we will then take full responsibility to replace and/or refund you for those items.

This is our recommended option when your order totals over $100AUD.

Our system automatically calculates insurance cover based on your total cost of items purchased. The table below is our Registered post shipping cost guide.

RETURN POLICY

We know how risky it can be to purchase online therefore it’s important that our customers are as comfortable as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item(s) are in their original condition then you can return it to us at any time within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund for the item, or exchange it for other items of your preference.

If you are returning an item because of error on our part, or because it is faulty, we will refund both the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. If you are returning items other than as a result of errors on our part or product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
